…anthrax throughout the world. I would advise President Bush to clean up the mess. It is important for him to do this because the U.S. is trying to prevent terrorism, and this is a great way to do it. It will prevent the world from getting sick as well. Although Soviets should be responsible for cleaning this up, it is advisable for the U.S. to take action, and help clean up the world.
