As a potential educator, I try to keep up with contemporary issues in education. In summary, what I think America needs is a clean slate. The youth have a right to a free and equal education under the law. If it is the law for an equal education, I wonder why some students are expected to hurdle at different heights. It also puzzles me that those students with low hurdles are the ones who are failing out of school.
