I think instead of spending his time aboard of the country he should consider his own country and spend more time on gang members who are more dangerous.
In conclusion, I think bush had access to power. Power is where you can make the final decision. The power is his family relationships. He has his father, brother, cousins, and friends beside him. And they were the reason that he became president without winning the votes.
