…all, children who grow up in such a dysfunctional environment grow up to become like their parents and impose their ways on their children, thus triggering a continuous cycle of alcohol abuse. Society must take an active role in curbing this disease by recognising it as such. Help must be provided to alcoholics so that they may curb their alcohol dependence, before they and their families are destroyed by a seemingly innocent glass of wine.
