After September 11

… America. Although the tragedy of September 11 is disheartening to remember, it has truly affected the way I live my life. Whereas life in New York before the attacks was always lived with a sense of caution, that feeling is so much greater now in light of everything that has transpired. While I have and always will love New York, every time I look at the skyline I know I will be filled with sorrow.
