No matter what the arguments, affirmative action is a hinder on America’s working world. Though minorities where socially excluded in the past they are being given opportunities today that where never given to them before. Though minorities ask for equal opportunity, they are willing to take away all the rights of the majority. They ask to have non-discrimination laws, but want preferential treatment from employers. How can you have non-discrimination with preferential treatment?
