Most modern teenagers are both typically confused adolescents in the adult world and status-conscious members of their peer groups. I find my opening statement to be true and defining of all adolescents that most modern teenagers are both typically confused adolescents in the adult world and status-conscious members of their peer groups. How they deal with situations are controlled by their own self-concept.
