This report was very insightful because it is apparent that firms are really making an effort to assists their employees in maintaining ethical standards. In the study of accounting, employees often become primarily concerned with numbers, theories and formulas. Frequently accountants overlook matters of h! onesty and respect. It was refreshing to look at the profession from a different perspective.
