…showed last 75 words of 334 total…this conclusion. I thought Sammy was trying too hard to get the girls attention. It was unbelievably naïve for an eighteen year old boy to act this way. Most people do not just get up and walk out from their jobs, especially when they have very limited opportunity like Sammy. Sammy did not know the impact that his decision would have on his life. Unfortunately, sometimes we need to learn it the hard way.
