I’m not saying that abortion is right or wrong but if a women cannot choose to terminate an unwanted pregnancy, she is denied the right to the "possession and control" of her own body. And one of the most sacred rights of common law is to choose. So if a woman cannot do this, than one of her most important possessions is taken away.
