I think that Murray’s Personology has provided adequate explanation of behavior. Both physical and psychological aspects of an individual are recognized as influencing factors of behavior. Most notably, the theory is well-balanced with its viewpoint. It is neither pessimistic nor idealistic. According to Hall (1997) in The Comparison of Theories of Personality, Murray’s Personology has showed moderate to high level of emphasis to all parameters.
