Irony – Parts I & III are virtually the same except that the characters are mirrored. For example, in Part I, Alex and the kids beat down an older guy and rape his wife. Later on, in Part III, Alex is beaten by his former friends, and looking for help, he unexpectedly runs into the old man he beat down, who gave him a place to stay and food to eat for a night.
