In a situation where a company’s product is mass-produced and may take several weeks to complete its construction, early and continual monitoring of the products’ progress is essential. We have recently begun tabulating the signature failures we find and grouping the lots of similar failures together. The table includes the failure signature, effected lots and areas, analysis results, and solutions. This tabulation is useful in comparing lots and referencing analysis results quickly.
