We have recently begun tabulating the signature failures we find and grouping the lots of similar failures together. The table includes the failure signature, effected lots and areas, analysis results, and solutions. This tabulation is useful in comparing lots and referencing analysis results quickly. Our goal is to have the solution column of our table filled completely.
