Mr. Davis used task messages such as initiating and gathering information, making him effective as a communicator. Not allowing physical elements into his decisions also made him effective. Becoming an emergent leader when he was needed also made Mr. Davis an effective communicator. Out of all twelve jury members, Mr. Davis showed the most traits of being an effective communicator.
